Job Title: Veterinary Software Trainer

Are you passionate about animal health and the veterinary industry? Tech savvy and love teaching others?

We're hiring for trainers to support a critical project rolling out ezyVet Practice Management software to a significant group of key customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for training customers on ezyVet, configuring their ezyVet Software site specific to the clinics needs, optimising workflows, and getting the clinic up and running smoothly.

You will build important client relationships, problem solve and provide engaging virtual and in-person software training to setup customers up for success.

This role requires a significant amount of travel. Once fully onboarded, you will find yourself onsite with customers throughout Australia and New Zealand for 'GO-Lives', at least 2 and in some cases 3 weeks of every month.

When not travelling, this role is ideally based onsite at our location in a hybrid working week. We are open to conversations around remote working arrangements when not onsite with clients if logistics make sense.

Proximity to international airports, client sites etc could make this work.

  • Training veterinary professionals on how to use Practice Management Software, specific to their role in the clinic.
  • Project managing implementations in partnership with our team, ensuring each clinic/practice/hospital is confidently utilizing the software and configuration is fit for purpose.
  • Problem solving, understanding the clinics needs and workflows to configure the software appropriately.
  • Change management support with the clinic.
  • Building and delivering training curriculum.
  • Managing multiple projects all at different stages.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to help craft the software, prioritise feature releases, streamline processes and generally build amazing outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hardworking. Are you results-orientated and do what it takes to get the job done?
  • Able to work and travel freely between Australia and New Zealand.
  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – but not essential.
  • Experience working in a busy environment with strong time and project management skills.
  • Experience with project management is great, but experience training people on veterinary software even better.
  • Confidence to articulate complex subject matter to a range of audiences.
  • An excellent attitude, a sense of humour, and coolness under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in the veterinary industry is a real bonus.

What we offer:

  • A comprehensive onboarding program.
  • Rewarding salary package including incentives.
  • Great tech kit for both work and personal use during the project lifecycle.
