Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver training programs for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user onboarding and training programs, developing engaging content, and communicating complex technical information effectively.

The successful trainer will understand the company strategy and create guided onboarding content for internal and external users of systems and platforms. They'll also be able to design custom exercises and scenarios to help learners practice new software tools or features.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical trainer for SaaS software
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs
  • Delivering technical workshops in client environments
