Veterinary Training Role

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced and qualified trainer and assessor to fill this key position.

About You:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher qualification.
  • Have relevant industry experience and qualifications in the field of veterinary training.
  • Be able to develop learning and assessment tools.
  • Strong computer and digital literacy skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

About the Position:

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessments to students.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the veterinary training industry and its requirements.
  • Contribute to effective workplace relationships and adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher.
  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications in the field of veterinary training.
  • Strong computer and digital literacy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Experience as a VET trainer in the veterinary industry.
