Software Trainer - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Join a leading animal health company to deliver software training and support to veterinary professionals across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for veterinary professionals on how to use practice management software.
  • Work closely with implementation specialists to ensure smooth software implementations in partner clinics, hospitals, and practices.
  • Configure software to meet the unique needs of each clinic, ensuring seamless workflows and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive software development, prioritization, and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions to groups and individuals.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and webinars.
  • Conduct site visits and on-site training at partner clinics, hospitals, and practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, communications, or a related field).
  • At least 2 years of experience in software training, adult education, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of practice management software and its applications in veterinary settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
