Frontline Support Specialist
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills and experience in supporting individuals with complex needs. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Frontline Support Specialist.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. A high level of organisation and time management skills is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needs
- Lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies
- Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team
- Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals
- Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation
- Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and model best practice
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence
