Senior Contracts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to play a critical role in shaping the future of the construction industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end subcontractor contract administration based on a project, including cost and head contract management, establishment of appropriate management plans, preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules across multiple trades across the project lifecycle, progress claims and variations, and demonstration of understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals.

Requirements:
  • Senior construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on large building projects.
  • Industry relevant degree qualification.
  • Familiarity with Contract Law principals & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations.
  • Confident & collaborative communicator.
  • Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
