The Distribution Centre Manager will lead a team, overseeing both on-site and off-site operations. In this critical role, you will manage a dynamic team, drive performance, and team development, while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

  • Safety First: Lead safety as a core value across the site.
  • Operational Leadership: Achieve cost, KPI, and service metrics.
  • Team Management: Lead a small, agile team with a focus on coaching, development, and performance.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Handle calls from sales and customers.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-possible outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive robust continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Manage reporting, capital projects, and infrastructure upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working in Supply Chain, Warehouse and Distribution environment, running distribution centre in a leadership role.
