Job Overview

The Distribution Centre Manager will oversee on-site and off-site operations, leading a team to drive performance, safety, and development.

  • Lead safety across the site, championing compliance, load restraint, and MHE safety standards.
  • Achieve operational metrics, optimising productivity, service levels, and costs.
  • Manage a small, agile team with a focus on coaching, development, and performance.
  • Handle customer calls, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and transport providers.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational and customer outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
  • Manage reporting, capital projects, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring safety and operational compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Distribution leadership roles, managing both inbound and outbound logistics, reporting, compliance, and project management of improvement initiatives.
