We are seeking a seasoned Senior People Partner to join our organisation and deliver strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

About You:
- You have significant experience as a senior HR business partner or people leader with expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture change.
- You possess strong ER/IR knowledge with experience managing complex cases and exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- You're commercially astute, data-driven, and confident operating at executive level.
