We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellbeing Manager to join our team at WorkSafe Victoria. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the wellbeing of our employees and driving a culture of safety and excellence within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wellbeing strategy that aligns with WorkSafe's vision and goals.
  • Lead the design and delivery of wellbeing programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify and address wellbeing needs and opportunities.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees to help them manage work-related stress and improve their overall wellbeing.
  • Manage and oversee the wellbeing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external wellbeing suppliers, including the Employee Assistance Program.
  • Prepare and present reports to executive and board level on wellbeing initiatives and outcomes.
Requirements
  • A tertiary health qualification and relevant experience in an occupational health role.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and articulate well-designed and planned initiatives.
  • Experience designing effective wellbeing frameworks and programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, and persuasion skills.
  • Leadership experience with a strong reputation for integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with peers and suppliers.
