As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Activations Manager/Director in providing comprehensive media briefs to media partners.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of tracking technology and provide accurate recommendations.
  • Develop and execute campaign variables to create client-specific insights and inform future testing.
  • Ensure the implementation of agreed tests and communicate outcomes, including impact and incremental value.
  • Collaborate with the team on strategy and optimization of social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate and support Social Coordinators in developing an efficient team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital paid media, predominantly across search and social channels.
  • Previous experience developing and executing paid campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytically minded with strong reporting skills.
  • A thirst for knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape.
