About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to lead our Australian and New Zealand Snacks category. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business plan to drive top-line and bottom-line growth. Your expertise will be crucial in leading a cross-functional team, overseeing in-market executions, and driving portfolio planning and category management.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand & Supply, and Finance professionals with a focus on delivering business results
* Develop and execute the business plan to achieve growth and profitability
* Oversee in-market executions, including ATL and BTL activations
* Drive portfolio planning and category management to optimize business performance
* Collaborate with the Leadership Team to shape culture and engagement across the organization
Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in a senior capacity within the consumer-packaged goods/food industry with Snacking Impulse Category experience
* Proven track record of success in sales, route-to-market excellence, business acumen, marketing fundamentals, team leadership, and customer team leadership
* Experience in leading customer teams and operating in a multi-cultural, matrix environment
