Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site health checks and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide high-level customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor traffic management and ensure the smooth flow of vehicles, minimizing congestion and delays.
  • Collaborate with the NSW Operations team to maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform equipment breakdown reports and troubleshoot technical faults, working closely with the maintenance team to resolve issues efficiently.

About You

  • You'll have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • You'll be able to work autonomously, making independent decisions to ensure site safety and customer satisfaction.
  • You'll possess a valid driver's license and be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
  • You'll be willing to complete a National Police History Check and undergo training to develop your skills and knowledge.
