Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading engineering programs from initiation to completion. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve program objectives, and driving alignment and communication across stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Oversee the development of complex engineering projects from conception to delivery
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives
  • Communication: Drive clear and effective communication across stakeholders and teams to ensure project success
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles
  • Proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements
