Job Description

As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams of talented engineers. This role is perfect for someone who loves balancing people leadership, technical depth and delivery excellence.

You'll play a key role in setting the technical direction of our platform while empowering engineers to grow and perform at their best. If you're passionate about building high performing, inclusive teams and delivering impactful software this could be your next great move. What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of growth, accountability and continuous improvement

  • Recruit, onboard and develop engineering talent, supporting career development and performance management

  • Collaborate with Product, Design and Infrastructure teams to define the technical roadmap and ensure long term project visibility

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, aligning technical decisions with architectural standards and business needs

  • Drive Agile practices and ensure teams deliver high quality, scalable solutions incrementally and reliably

  • Contribute to high level architectural decisions and occasionally participate in code reviews

  • Monitor key engineering metrics like SLO compliance, deployment frequency, lead time and MTTR

  • Proactively identify technical risks and guide teams through challenges to successful delivery

  • Partner with senior leadership to align team goals with company strategy and technology direction

Qualifications

What You'll Have:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, modern software architecture and engineering best practices

  • Technical proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript and ideally ReactJS

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure

  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects

  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
