1 x Engineering Program Manager focused on onboarding, learning pathways, and supporting our Graduates to transition from campus to corporate.

1 x Engineering Program Manager focused on program roll-off, promotion process, and workforce planning.

As demand for technology continues to gain pace, we recognise that attracting and nurturing the next generations of technologists is key to the role we play in the Australian economy and building a brighter future for all. The Early Career Programs team sits within HR and partners with business leaders to design and facilitate their Programs, supporting the identification and development of high potential people at the start of their careers.

As a Program Manager, you will design and deliver the 12-18-month rotational program for our Engineering Graduates. You will drive initiatives to simplify and scale our growing program, contributing to our market presence and engagement with early career talent pipelines. Your ability to creatively problem solve and manage multi-year talent strategies will add value.

**Responsibilities**

You will be an experience maker for Graduates and Interns, engaging them into CommBank Technology, as well as;
- Drive exceptional graduate and intern experiences from onboarding to program roll-off.
- Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, workforce planners and stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.- Enhance our market presence and engagement strategy with early career pipelines.
- Present at various internal & external events.
- Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities using data to drive insight.
- Support recruitment and learning events as part of the group-wide Graduate Program.
- Track and measure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to expand the Graduate program in our India Offices.

- Proficient in project planning and managing resources.
- Excellent at time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable delivering autonomously and co-authoring solutions with colleagues and excited to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in navigating a large agile organisation.
- Passionate about supporting Early Careers Talent.
