  • Collaborating with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members to deliver holistic care to residents.
  • Administering medications accurately and monitoring residents for potential side effects.
  • Providing education and support to residents, families, and staff on health-related issues and care procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate patient records.

Required skills and qualifications include excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care and management.

A flexible and positive attitude towards effective patient care and management is essential.

Experience in aged care is highly desirable, and minimum qualifications include a valid RN qualification and registration with the nursing board.

Additional requirements include NDIS clearance and valid work rights in Australia.
