Senior MS Windows System Engineer

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and a passion for delivering reliable, scalable end-user solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, maintain, and provide Level 3 support for:
    • Windows SOE and corporate device configurations (desktop and iOS)
    • Enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms
    • Remote access solutions (VDI and VPN)
  • Package and deploy applications across the enterprise
  • Manage automated patching and update processes
  • Provide expert technical advice and represent the team in ICT governance forums
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
  • Participate in planning and execution of upgrades, migrations, and new rollouts
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement
