  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert-level guidance on automation, cloud strategies, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Monitoring Tools: Manage monitoring tools and processes to enable proactive detection and resolution of issues.
  • ITIL Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead stakeholder engagement to communicate infrastructure health, risks, and project updates.
