We are seeking a Senior Personal Assistant to join our team at ORIMA Research. As a key member of our support team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our entrepreneurial Director, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing organisational and administrative support to the Director, ensuring timely project completion.
- Backing up coordination and administrative support during peak times for social research projects.
- Liaising with clients, internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working in a busy and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, exercise your judgement, and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.
About YouWe are looking for a confident, positive, and approachable Personal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior executives or business owners in a medium-sized professional organisation. You should have high-level communication and interpersonal skills, drive, and energy, excellent attention to detail, and a positive, adaptable, flexible outlook focused on being of service.
You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams, with excellent organisation and time management skills. You will also have the ability to learn new systems quickly and work autonomously, exercising your judgement as required.
