VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our clients' business in Docklands. Our client, Premium Disability Management Pty Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with strong communication skills.

The responsibilities will include:

*Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards;
*Allocating human resources, space and equipment;
*Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff;
*Managing records and accounts of the office;
*Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems;
*Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
*Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures

Skills required:

*Previous experience in a similar role;
*Strong communication and time management skills;
*Ability to prioritize, set goals, and a determination to achieve them;
*Strong verbal and written skills
*Work well under pressure and with a team

Remuneration:

$76,000 + Superannuation

Location:

Suite 1215, Level 12/401 Docklands Dr, Docklands, VIC 3008
