Workplace Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Ambassador to join our team at JLL. As a Workplace Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing operational activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
- Manage all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards.
- Assist in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are in place and working.
- Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
- Maintain premises in neat and good working condition.
- Assist with receptionist coverage from time to time.
- Coordinate with pantry staff to ensure pantry and vending machine items are always in stock.
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
- At least 2 to 3 years of prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property is advantageous.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage projects in an efficient and timely manner.
