Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily Housekeeping department activities, including thorough cleaning of designated areas.
  • Ensure excellent standards are upheld in the Housekeeping Department, providing a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Conduct daily room inspections to monitor and maintain quality standards.
  • Operate the department within agreed quality management parameters.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate housekeeping and laundry services.
  • Maintain room-cleaning productivity as per Silk management guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and skills in a similar role.
  • Strong management, organisational and general business skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A great team player able to work with various levels within the business.
  • A positive attitude.
