Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily Housekeeping department activities, including thorough cleaning of designated areas.
- Ensure excellent standards are upheld in the Housekeeping Department, providing a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct daily room inspections to monitor and maintain quality standards.
- Operate the department within agreed quality management parameters.
- Plan, direct and coordinate housekeeping and laundry services.
- Maintain room-cleaning productivity as per Silk management guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and skills in a similar role.
- Strong management, organisational and general business skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A great team player able to work with various levels within the business.
- A positive attitude.
