As a key leader, we seek an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee our properties in Perth and drive operational excellence across their portfolio.

About the Role

  • Deliver sustainable results by exceeding customer expectations through effective financial management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Develop site improvement proposals to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote performance planning among team members to develop their skills.
  • Closely work with Site Managers to ensure legislative compliance, standards are met, and quality is maintained.
  • Recruit, manage, evaluate, train, and develop all housekeeping staff and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding stakeholder management skills, proven financial and analytical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and be confident in presenting solutions and initiatives to clients. Hospitality or Business qualifications are highly valued.
