Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our client's team as a Land Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, working closely with the Director and other team members to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of land development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Director and other team members to develop and implement project plans.

- Review and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
