Job Title: Regional Support Manager

Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a team responsible for delivering high-quality support services to customers. As a Regional Support Manager, you will be accountable for managing a team of professionals who work closely with customers to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support specialists in ensuring seamless customer interactions and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, handling all escalations and providing clear communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as business modeling expertise. You should have a minimum of 16-18 years of experience in customer support management and be able to work independently on complex problems. A degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering is also required.
