Job Title: NSW Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through exceptional customer experience using Foot ID, CXP and elite product knowledge.
  • Maximise UPT, average basket, conversion and GP% through effective communication, continuous team training and customer expectation.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints to ensure brand reputation and customer experience.
  • Conduct regular meetings with managers to review results, progress, needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure all stores adhere to operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels to maintain healthy capacity.
  • Implement pricing strategy consistent with national guidelines.
  • Conduct store audits to maximise operations, sales and merchandising opportunities.
  • Ensure merchandising standards align with business direction.
  • Identify future leaders within the region and develop succession planning strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years retail operations and leadership experience.
  • Valid driver's licence for travel across NSW.
  • Working knowledge of retail management best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing large retail teams.
  • Excellent communication, time management and commercial awareness skills.
