At Schnitz, we are seeking a seasoned operations leader to spearhead our regional support office.

This dynamic role will require extensive travel and regular interaction with franchise partners to ensure operational excellence across multiple locations.

Your expertise in managing multi-site franchised businesses, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills, will empower our franchisees to achieve optimal results and drive sales growth.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaborative environments, and ensuring compliance to brand standards.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Support franchise partners to improve financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promote positive reviews.
  • Act as the conduit between the support office and franchise partners, resolving issues promptly and respectfully.
  • Drive engagement among franchise partners and team members.
  • Coach franchise partners and their teams to achieve success.
  • Organize meetings to facilitate constructive dialogue and idea sharing.

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your region by developing a strong bench of multi-unit franchise partners and supporting new franchise partners through restaurant openings.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Solid business experience, particularly in managing multi-site franchised businesses.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit-and-loss statements and budgets.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve KPIs.
