Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing extraordinary customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Making every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Ensuring customer transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Demonstrating the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills in line with a prestige brand.

  • The ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
