About the Role

This dynamic position involves working in a fast-paced retail environment where you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, answering sales-related questions, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling.

You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
