About the Role

At GFG Alliance, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Narellan branch. This role involves working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build on their existing customer and sales experience.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and at the front counter
  • Troubleshooting customer sales queries and answering any questions
  • Upselling and providing quotes to customers
  • Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, and purchasing

We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar customer service role
  • The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
  • Team player and can multi-task well
