We are seeking passionate and dedicated Educators to join our team at Trinity College.

About the Role:

As an Educator, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall supervision of children. You will support and conduct activities that facilitate child development, prepare enriching experiences, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and care for children in a safe and supportive environment
  • Support and conduct activities that promote child development and learning
  • Prepare and implement programmes that reflect the multicultural and social nature of the community
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Service policies and procedures
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Approved qualification as per ACECQA guidelines (for Qualified Educators)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability mornings, afternoons, and some hours in between: Monday to Friday
  • Organisation skills and ability to cope in emergency or stressful situations
  • Working with Children Check and First Aid training (training available for successful applicants)
