**Job Title: Out of Hours Care Team Lead** Are you passionate about creating safe, inspiring spaces for children to grow and thrive? Do you have strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and education? We are seeking an experienced OSHC Assistant Director to lead and support our team in delivering high-quality Out of Hours School Care and education. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the OSHC Director to drive program excellence and ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient operation. **Job Description:** In this role, you will be responsible for creating an environment where learning and growth are always at the forefront, both for our children and our educators. You will design and coordinate experiences that align with the My Time, Our Place Framework and meet or exceed the National Quality Standard (NQS). You will also ensure all aspects of the service meet ACECQA and Education Standards Board (ESB) requirements, while upholding OSHC standards, policies, and procedures.
