We are seeking a dedicated Director to lead and support our team in delivering high-quality care and education. Reporting to the Director of Business Administration, you will be responsible for managing and delivering the effective operation of the Out of School Hours Care program.
Main Responsibilities- Create an environment that fosters learning and growth for both children and educators.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators to deliver an enriching and compliant OSHC program.
- Design and coordinate experiences that align with the My Time, Our Place Framework and meet or exceed the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children in your care.
- A relevant ACEQA-approved qualification and demonstrated industry experience in a comparable role.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current RRHAN-EC Fundamentals & Masterclass Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate (desirable).
