Job Opportunity:

A leading government organisation in Australia seeks a seasoned Salesforce Environment Engineer to lead their Environments Team in Richmond or Geelong.

  • This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive environment plans to support Salesforce releases, CI/CD, and new projects.
  • The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage the team's service catalogue, and execute critical Salesforce administration tasks.
  • Key requirements include a certified Salesforce Administrator with 4 years of experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and expertise in leading environment strategies and automation frameworks.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing CI/CD processes using GitLab, interacting with integration partners, and resolving issues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years' experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce environment strategies and automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security, including roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce-related CI/CD processes using GitLab or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
