Salesforce Environment Architect

The ideal candidate will be a certified Salesforce administrator with a minimum of 4 years' experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans to support complex, multi-squad or enterprise settings.
  • Provide technical leadership to the Environments Team and execute hands-on critical and complex Salesforce administration tasks.
  • Manage support tickets with Salesforce and maintain platform security.
Requirements
  • Salesforce product knowledge and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce environment strategies and automation frameworks.
About This Role

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce environment plans to support the Technology Services Division's work programs.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to the Environments Team and assist with overall strategy and planning.
