We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SalesforceOmniStudio QA Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce QA roles.The ideal candidate will have a proven background in both manual and automationtesting within Salesforce environments, with specific experience in OmniStudioand expertise in testing automation using Selenium with Java. This rolerequires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability tocollaborate effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conductcomprehensive manual and automation testing for Salesforce applications,ensuring quality and functionality align with project requirements.
- Developand execute test cases, scripts, and plans for Salesforce OmniStudio,including Dataraptors, FlexCards, and Integration.
- UtilizeSelenium with Java for Salesforce automation testing, ensuring high testcoverage and efficiency.
- Workwith automation tools such as Provar, TOSCA, or similar, as required.
- Collaborateclosely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders toidentify testing requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Participatein Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, andretrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Documenttesting procedures, issues, and resolutions, maintaining a high level ofQA documentation accuracy.

Required Skills :

- SalesforceQA : 5-8 years of Salesforce QA experience with a minimumof 3 years in manual testing.
- OmniStudio :At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudiocomponents.
- AutomationSkills : Proficiency in Selenium with Java;familiarity with additional tools like Provar or TOSCA is advantageous.
- AgileMethodologies : Solid understanding of Agile practicesand the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- ProblemSolving : Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
- Communication :Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability towork well in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforcecertification(s) in QA is preferred.
