Production Services Operator

Cement Australia is seeking a skilled Production Services Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating mobile equipment, monitoring equipment, and undertaking general site and equipment duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate mobile equipment and monitor equipment to ensure efficient production
- Undertake general site and equipment duties, including spills, manual sweeping, and shovelling
- Operate the bagging shed and relief laboratory testing of samples
- Participate in a Production Services Development Plan, including Cert III Manufacturing Mineral Products
We are looking for a safety-focused individual with previous experience in a similar work environment. You will have good communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and a 'can-do' attitude. Leading hand experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.

- Physically fit and able to complete manual labour duties
- Ability to diagnose faults and identify potential solutions
