About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team at Fortescue's Gladstone Electrolyser Facility. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hydrogen production facility, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a safety, learning and continuous improvement culture across the asset.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hydrogen production facility, including monitoring equipment, processes and production metrics.
  • Ensure the staffing of the shift positions in each shift, including shift backfill where required.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Develop and coordinate operational readiness and commissioning activities as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant technical qualifications or relevant industry experience.
  • Trade qualification preferred.
  • Cert IV in Process Plant Technology preferred.
  • Proven experience in the supervision of a team of people within chemical/gas/minerals processing or similar.
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations, process control, and safety protocols.
