Job Title: Store Leadership Position

At TenTops, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leadership Position to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Execution: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and engaging customer experience, driving sales growth and customer loyalty through effective customer service and sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage store profitability, including controlling expenses, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks to the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business or a related field preferred.
