**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Service Delivery Manager.

This key member of our fund services team will be responsible for delivering high-quality service across all product offerings, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including fund accounting, and excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

Ambitious individuals with a passion for operations and customer-centric approach are encouraged to apply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service across all product offerings
  • Partner with technology, operations and product teams to ensure successful service delivery to clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Create operational projects to achieve consistency, efficiency and automation for both JPM and clients
  • Coordinate client requested changes in line with global standards
  • Assist with the development of client objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving global alignment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in fund operations
  • Strong technical skills, including fund accounting
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert use of JPMorgan Operational Systems, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
