About The Role
">We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of equipment reliability across up to 17 sites in Queensland, supporting operations critical to Australia's construction industry.
">- Plan and manage preventative and reactive maintenance using our CMMS system.
- Coordinate internal trades, OEM technicians, and external contractors to resolve equipment issues quickly.
- Supervise high-risk maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with WHS procedures.
- Oversee procurement and spares management, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and delays.
- Deliver hands-on support for asset installations, relocations, and upgrades.
- Communicate monthly maintenance activity across the region, including team and toolbox meetings.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for plant and processing equipment.
- Lead the rollout of safety and productivity initiatives, including face-to-face training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across the network.

">- A Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a hands-on maintenance role.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar coordinating or supervisory role.
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- The ability to self-manage and work independently.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A sound understanding of health and safety regulations with a commitment to driving safety-first behaviours.
