About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our dynamic New and Emerging Business team at LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless onboarding and effective management of client relationships, with a focus on nurturing the growth of high-potential new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clients with a best-in-class campaign onboarding experience, educating and nurturing them through objective-based and insight-driven guidance.
  • Partner with an Account Executive to create a seamless post-sale client handoff experience with clear expectations set on service levels, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to scale onboarding and education for new clients, leveraging superior communication and relationship-building skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Consult and own all aspects of the client's media campaigns, including targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting, to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Proactively analyze and optimize customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs, making strategic recommendations to customers and ensuring client objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Evaluate long-term opportunities to meet client business objectives, succeeding their campaign experience, and build data-driven business cases to showcase the value proposition for continued investment by the client.
  • Own renewal and always-on conversations with clients, prioritizing a dynamic Book of Business effectively, considering long-term fit for LinkedIn and growth potential in a channel-agnostic manner.
  • Convert service to sales and incremental revenue, leveraging analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modeling, and advertising/media analytics.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of auction-based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience, experience in advertising sales and media account management, and demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modeling, and advertising/media analytics.
  • Ability to think strategically, provide consultative and data-driven solutions, and effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally, with a demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
