As a Support Worker, you play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate individuals to provide day-to-day support and personal care for our customers. As a Support Worker, you will be directly responsible for assisting people with disabilities to participate fully in their local community, valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.

To excel in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care and compassion to others. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also essential requirements for this position.
