Job Title: Dedicated Care Specialist

This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will be working closely with children and young people who have significant disabilities.

You will provide essential support and care to individuals with various challenges, including assisting with personal care and daily living skills, planning and attending appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development, and completing daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with significant disabilities.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living skills, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Plan and attend appointments and activities to promote social interaction and skill development.
  • Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports to maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive.
  • A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
  • A willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster.
