Senior Corporate Accounting Specialist

About the Role:
The position of Senior Corporate Accountant has become available within our client's Multinational ASX-listed Logistics Services Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accounting professional to support the Group Financial Controller and CFO in managing all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
- Manage month-end accounting processes and financial reconciliations.
- Conduct monthly profit and loss analysis, providing insights and presentations.
- Maintain lease and financial data, preparing necessary schedules and journals.
- Lead finance and reporting projects, ensuring timely achievement of objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of half-year and year-end financial reports.
- Liaise with external auditors throughout review and audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with banking covenants and manage BAS & PAYG submissions.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and support system upgrades.
Requirements:
- CPA or CA qualification with a degree in commerce, business, or accounting.
- Strong financial reporting and technical accounting expertise, particularly in consolidating large entities.
- Proven Big 4 audit experience or ASX-listed reporting background.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in driving change and improving financial reporting and controls to support business growth.
- Experience with Oracle ERP advantageous

What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
