The Mental Health Inpatient Care Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals within a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing nursing care within a multidisciplinary setting, with a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
- Effective communication skills, utilizing technology, written and verbal means, and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and patients in a professional manner.
- Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized, person-centered care, with a commitment to quality improvement.
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care, showcasing leadership potential and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including participation in ongoing professional development and a commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills.
- Capacity to prioritize and organize workload effectively, delivering care with integrity and accountability.
