Latitude Financial Services is seeking an experienced Product Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for championing our customers, partners, and people through the delivery of projects and initiatives that involve multiple parts of our customer journeys and technology domains.

Your primary focus will be on using your project delivery experience and skills to balance business outcomes alongside customer, partner, and business benefits. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the business to build and manage delivery plans and sequence work for delivery from inception to implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of our products, experiences, systems, consumer and agent behaviors, and operational needs.
  • Establishing and managing product delivery workstreams and projects.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, suppliers, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and the development team to execute on business objectives.
  • Ensuring requirements and solutions are aligned to targeted outcomes by working closely with the team, Technology, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
  • Leading team, stakeholder, and supplier engagement through planning workshops, stand-ups, and status meetings.
  • Managing dependencies and sequencing of work, ensuring alignment with Product Management.
  • Project delivery and business risk/issues management in accordance with Latitude's risk and issues management guidelines.
  • Owning releases/implementation, including meeting necessary Change Authority Board (CAB) requirements.
  • Financial management, including cost tracking and forecasting, execution of supplier statements of work, purchase orders, and timesheet administration.
  • Producing accurate and timely status reporting on initiatives.
  • Preparing and presenting option and recommendation papers/packs to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
  • Experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, and/or Product Owner.
  • A proven track record of managing stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects with fixed end dates and complex requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of delivery, governance, change management, and benefits realisation frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A team player attitude and collaborative nature.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build open relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or MS Project is desirable.
  • The ability to navigate business problems and appreciate decisions affecting areas outside of your accountability.

We offer a competitive salary of $AUD 120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits, including flexible working arrangements, a hybrid setup, 3 days paid volunteer leave annually, paid community service leave, and paid compassionate/bereavement leave.
