Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Manage phone calls, respond to emails, and ensure effective communication within the organization.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Support payroll activities by verifying timesheets and processing employee payments.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the accomplishment of departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and finance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and wear full PPE as required.
  • Strong data entry and accuracy skills.
  • Transport and logistics experience preferred but not essential.
