Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Fraud Detection team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls relating to potential Scam or Fraud activity.

Our ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work in a high-paced environment with a passion to inspire confidence in our customers.

Responsibilities will include creating peace of mind for our customers by providing exceptional service when handling inbound fraud/scam call enquiries, performing detection analyst duties over scam/fraud related events and ensuring sound decisions are made whilst following the standard operating procedure.

You will also be responsible for identifying digital fraud trends and reporting on these accordingly, managing a high volume of customer calls and scam alerts and prompting escalation of issues/risks out of delegation and/or as required.
